ABOUT ME

I am a registered dietitian (RD)
I graduated from Ryerson University,the Food and Nutrition Program with my Bachelor’s degree in dietetics in 2015.
I completed my dietetic internship and soon after passed the Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam (CDRE) to become a licensed RD.
My goal here is to empower people to live their best life.
When it comes to dieting my approach is a non-diet approach, empowering people to trust their bodies’ internal cues, develop a positive relationship with food and create new healthy habits in life. I hope you find my website helpful.
